- Pay via PayPal.
- You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
Although this is not very common, if someone who has enrolled in our service fails the exam, they will be entitled to a refund. All you will need to do is send us a copy of the failure transcript and we will refund you the cost of the course within 28 days.

The exam is 2 hours long, you have to complete 90 questions in this time, giving you 80 seconds per question.
The CA Board of Pharmacy periodically publishes data on CPJE pass rates. The official statistics say that around 78% of people who take the CPJE pass. This varies depending on where you studies failure rates are 11% (California schools), 33% (other U.S schools), 46% (foreign schools). You need to be at least 18 years of age with at least a baccalaureate in pharmacy. You need to have completed a minimum of 90 semester hours in a School of Pharmacy and at least 1,500 hours of practical pharmacy experience.
California does not recognise the MPJE qualification and requires pharmacists to sit the CPJE in addition. You do not need to be MPJE qualified to practice as a pharmacist in California.
If your last failure was within 2 years, then you can apply for the reduced retake fee, however, if you last failed more than 2 years ago you will need to start again (i.e. pay the higher new application fee).
The main difference is the former allows you to practice in most states excluding California, the latter allows you to practice in California. The main difference between the actual exam is that the CPJE is specifically about California Pharmacy Jurisprudence whereas the MPJE syllabus is broader encompassing the laws of multiple states. The CPJE is considered harder than the MPJE as it is more nuanced and specific to the intricacies of California law.
For a CII They must be registered with California and must be on a special security form. The pharmacist can take Cll from another state Tutor note: He/she needs to verify from a pharmacy in that sate about the requirement regarding the use of security pad. BUT as a pharmacist in CA u can't fill it in california! U can tell the pt that u can fill it and ship it to the address in the other state! That's the law.
For a CIII-V It is ok for an RPH to take must be on a security blank. Tutor note: Yes you can fill CIII, CIV, or CV from another state.
Sudafed is 3.6 grams per day sold or 9 grams total sold for the month. So the user is not allowed to purchase more then 3.6 grams in one single day, and over the course of a month they are not allowed to purchase more then a total of 9 grams.
