What is the difference between the MPJE and the CPJE?

The main difference is the former allows you to practice in most states excluding California, the latter allows you to practice in California. The main difference between the actual exam is that the CPJE is specifically about California Pharmacy Jurisprudence whereas the MPJE syllabus is broader encompassing the laws of multiple states. The CPJE is considered harder than the MPJE as it is more nuanced and specific to the intricacies of California law.
